There's been some fun poked at the Obama Administration's claims that stimulus money was spent to create jobs in Congressional districts.... that don't exist.
Most of the criticism is focused on the jobs aspect. My question involves the money itself: if the money didn't go to those non-existent districts, then where did it go? As it was reported spent, presumably it isn't in government bank accounts, so where is it? Is it simply a case of the Obama Administration mis-identifying the district in which the money was spent? Or is the money truly missing? Or was it diverted to someone's pocket?
