Legal Translation 101:
Lawyer says: 'client did not have either an attorney or a manager present when he signed the contract' and 'they had a cadre of lawyers so they had a one-sided agreement'. Lawyer means: my client is an idiot who shouldn't be held responsible for his own actions.
