I have two questions as to the Bush Administration designating Iran's Revolutionary Guards a 'foreign terrorist organization'...

One, what has taken them so long to do so? The Revolutionary Guards have been involved in terrorism for years and years. They have contributed to the deaths of many US servicemen in Iraq. They are responsible for hundreds of deaths across the globe. Why hasn't the Bush Administration done this long ago? What possible reason could Bush have had for not doing this months and months, if not years and years ago?

Two, once they're designated as such, when does the Bush Administration intent to actually start doing something about them? When do we start attacking their facilities and training camps? When do we start assassinating their leadership?
