I've got nothing against Genarlow Wilson, who's serving a 10 year sentence for having consensual sex with a 15 year old girl (when he was 17), but I don't see where the judge has the authority to void his sentence. One may not agree with the sentence (or with the underlying conviction), but the jury found him guilty and he was sentenced according to the law at the time. It sounds like yet another judge legislating from the bench.
