I'm talking about all those calling for Libby to receive a pardon who were also in the crowd blasting Clinton for having lied under oath in the Paula Jones civil suit.
Back then, the cry was 'we're not upset about the sex, we're upset because Clinton didn't tell the truth'.
And now the very same people complain 'so what if he was lying, there was no underlying crime'.
People, lying under oath is lying under oath. If we don't like it when our Presidents do it, how can we excuse it when Presidential aides do it?
Then again, principle and consistency don't matter much to you all, do they?
Or are you planning on apologizing to Clinton?
