There's a wonderful line in this column about Bill Clinton supposedly being offered a $30 million a year gig as Dreamwork's attorney in return for Clinton pardoning Leonard Peltier, the murderer of two FBI agents... and how the job offer disappeared after Clinton refused to issue the pardon... apparently (bold mine), "this means that Clinton was not willing to sell off his integrity on this issue".

The question I have is... how much more would Spielberg and Geffen have had to pay Clinton for the pardon? After all, as the joke goes, we know Clinton is willing to sell off his integrity... the only question is how much it takes.
