Sometimes, the Democrats make it too easy...
... with today's example coming from Charlie Schumer, who apparently needed Supreme Court nominee Alito to tell Schumer that 'free speech' is protected by the Constitution... because 'free speech' is in the Constitution. With all the prep work I am sure Alito has gone through for these hearings, do you think any of his handlers dared to dream that Schumer would serve up as big a softball as that? Maybe the GOP just gives the Democrats far too much credit...
