This proves I don't (always) think the worst of people...

When Judge James Robertson, resigned from the court that oversees government surveillance in intelligence cases in protest of Bush's 'secret' wiretapping program, I figured it was simply a Clinton-appointee making some noise in order to embarrass Bush... especially, since as someone pointed out, by not resigning as a judge, Robertson was making a totally symbolic gesture, as he wasn't giving up any of his guaranteed-for-lifetime paycheck.

Then I read that the actions of the good judge might be consistent with someone who was involved in the leaking of news of the program to the NYT.
