In light of complaints that the NYT was wrong to keep Miller around after her stories on Iraq were later unable to be substantiated, I wonder what disciplinary action the NYT has taken against its reporters and editors who were likewise wrong with their reporting about the supposed chaos in post-Katrina New Orleans.
