So some members of the IRA were involved in a killing - supposedly for personal and not 'official IRA business reasons' - and the likes of Teddy Kennedy now call for the IRA to disband. That's great, the IRA is a terrorist organization that far too many people have tolerated for far too long. But what accounts for Kennedy's, long one of the IRA's most effective defenders, sudden charge of heart? And, by the way, what did the IRA do that the PLO never did? Can we expect Kennedy to now call for the PLO to be disbanded, can we?
