As Steve (not me, the other one) points out, it's not often one agrees with Barney Frank. And, just because the Democrats are guilty themselves of playing games with the judiciary doesn't mean that they're not right in saying that this is what conservatives are doing. After all, who better to identify a case of sticking one's nose where it doesn't belong than those who have such extensive experience doing so?
UPDATE: Just because it's not a very long list, I'd like to add Dale Franks to the list of conservatives who - contrary to some assertions, are not playing gotcha, but rather are objecting to the Republicans having suddenly revealed themselves to be just like the Democrats...
