I am sure this is not the first time this has happened, but Drudge reports that two doctors in England aborted a late-term fetus because it didn't measure up... Being able to have an abortion in the US is pretty much guaranteed anytime the 'prospective' mother invokes 'health' as a reason - up to now, it was always her health that was the issue. I guess there's nothing to prevent the health of the baby (yes, it is a baby) for now being factoring into the decision. Or maybe the mother-not-to-be will just claim it's damaging to her mental health to have to carry to term a baby that likewise doesn't measure up. I'm sure the enablers on the Supreme Court will have no problem allowing that.

It's no longer a theoretical slippery slope, it's a full speed ride down to the depths.... I hope you're able to sleep at night, Sandy baby...
