As I posted a while back, it seems inconsistent that conservatives are so determined to use every last trick in the books to keep her alive, considering how we assail those who use every last trick to keep those on Death Row from being executed.

Now it seems that the two situations are being even more intertwined - Patterico alerts us to the Florida legislature's latest attempt to intercede in the Terry Schiavo case by granting her rights currently enjoyed by death row inmates.

On one hand, I wish all of her supporters the best of luck. On the other hand, as we encourage them to leave no stone unturned in their quest to keep her alive, it's guaranteed that there will be ripple effects, many of which we can't even begin to envision...
