Maybe the next time CBS has to do a housecleaning (and we know they will, it's just a matter of when), they won't be nice and give their employees the option of resigning, if this is the way they get paid back. Yo, Josh, would you have liked it better had they fired you outright? Instead of 'Josh Howard, who resigned following the RatherGate scandal', it would have been 'Josh Howard, fired for his part in the RatherGate scandal'. And, all this talk about a lawsuit: what is the basis for suing? That CBS doesn't want you around? That's their right. They don't have to have you around. And, I know that there's not too many places right now looking to hire someone with your, uh, credentials, but do you think that threatening Moonves is the way to impress your future boss?
